ATD Announces Official Distribution Date For Million-Square-Foot Mixing Warehouse
American Tire Distributors, Inc. (ATD) today announced that its new one million-square-foot Pocono Mixing Warehouse in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania will officially begin shipments on December 3, 2018.
The Pocono Mixing Warehouse facility will support 70 full-time employees who will receive and ship more than 2.5 million tires per year, along with wheels, tools and other automotive supplies. The Pocono Mixing Warehouse will house all of ATD’s proprietary and imported brands including Hercules, Ironman, Nexen and Dynatrac. It will also include ATD’s sixth warranty adjustment center.
The Pocono Mixing Warehouse will primarily service vendors in the northeast and mid-Atlantic United States as well as eastern Canada.

In early November, ATD will also host a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony with community leaders, associates and ATD leadership.
